AI All-round Creator is for grades 4 to 8. It trains students to do something that used to take a whole team: one person writes the script, scores the music, chooses the visual elements, and edits the video. In this course, AI plays the role of a brush and an instrument. It does not make decisions for the student. The course runs 34 weeks a year.

What Happens in AI Creator Class

  • Writing the script: Students first write out the story they want to tell. AI does not write this step for them, because every later generation depends on how specific this description is.
  • Generating images: Students use text-to-image tools to create scenes and characters. They learn how to describe what they want in order to get it, and how to keep a consistent style across many generations.
  • Scoring: Students use AI music tools to generate background music that matches the mood of the images.
  • Editing and assembly: Students combine the images, voiceover, and music into a complete short film, and work on pacing and transitions.
  • Critique: Students screen their work and explain their creative choices. Others give feedback, and students then revise.

The Judgment AI Creator Builds

Students quickly find that the first result AI generates is often not usable. This is where the course places its emphasis: how to judge whether a result is good, what it is missing, and how to change the description next time. This loop of making a request, evaluating the result, and revising the request is the core skill in using any AI tool. It does not depend on which tool is used.

AI Creator Summer AI Lab

A two-week camp (G1–G8, 8 to 10 students, bring your own laptop). Students work with text-to-image generation, AI music synthesis, and AI video scripting. Using AI as a brush and an instrument, each student completes a short AI film.

What Background AI Creator Requires

No coding or art background is needed. Students with writing or drawing experience tend to have more ideas at the planning stage, but the tools themselves are easy to start with. Students who want to move toward programming can continue with USA AI Olympiad Intro. Students who want to make live-action video can continue with Photography & Film 101.

AI Creator Enrollment and Schedule

Creative workshops come in three enrollment units: full-year classes, term classes, and summer camps. This course runs as follows; dates follow the 2026-27 program guide.

  • Full-year class: 34 weeks, September 7, 2026 to May 30, 2027; once a week, 90 minutes per session.
  • Summer camp: two weeks per session; see the summer section above.
  • Switching direction: a creative workshop seat can move between directions, so a child can try 3 to 4 areas in a year, with finished work shown and discussed with parents at the end of each stage. To switch, confirm the transfer timing with a course advisor.
