Blessed Sacrament School is a Catholic K-8 private school in Westminster, California, serving grades K-8, founded in 1948, with about 180 students. The school publishes the following application details. The Admissions page on the school website sets out three steps: Inquire, meaning contact the school; Register, meaning submit an application; and Financial Aid, meaning apply for aid if needed. Admission for the 2026-2027 school year is open, and tours can be scheduled through the FACTS enrollment system. Age requirements: preschool children must be 2 years and 6 months old by September 1 and able to use the toilet independently; kindergarten children must be 5 by September 1; grade 1 children must be 6. Admission priority runs as follows: Catholic children of active parishioners, then verified Catholic families from other parishes, then families of other faiths for any remaining spaces, with siblings given priority within each tier.

The main entry points at a K-8 school are kindergarten and grade 6. Younger applicants are usually evaluated through an on-campus visit, while most applicants above grade 5 need an ISEE score. Start in the fall of the year before entry: visit first to confirm the school is a fit, then decide whether to register for testing.

Tuition and fees

Annual K-8 tuition for the 2026-27 school year: $6,400 for one child, or $640 a month on a monthly plan; $10,800 for two children; $13,900 for three; $16,500 for four; and $18,800 for five. The school does not distinguish between parishioner and non-parishioner rates, and K-8 is a single price. International students (I-20) have a separate rate: $10,000 per student per year, explicitly not eligible for FACTS financial aid. The nonrefundable registration fee is tiered by date: $360 per person before April 15, 2026, $385 from April 16 through June 11, and $410 on or after June 12. FACTS administrative fee: $55 a year for monthly payments, $25 for two payments, and $0 for paying in full. The technology fee is $40 per person. Volunteer and fundraising obligations can be bought out: $600 for the 12 hours at the annual gala, $600 for the three Bingo sessions a year, and $600 for the weekly service assignment of about an hour over 40 weeks. After-school extended care is $250 a month for one child, or $15 an hour, $20 if not registered. The I-20 processing fee for international students is $250, nonrefundable.

Financial aid: The school website states that “Limited assistance is available each year for those families experiencing serious financial difficulties.” Aid is applied for through the FACTS Grant & Aid platform, with a $40 application fee, and applies to K-8. International students (I-20) are explicitly not eligible for FACTS aid.
